Hello Del Sur Elementary Families,
In being consistent with school safety for all Explorers, for the 2023-2024 school year, we are not allowing rolling backpacks for grades 1st thru 5th. This decision is based on reviewing our safety data which revealed multiple injuries for students as result of rolling backpacks. We wanted to share this with you now so that you are aware of this change before you shop for school supplies for your child.
